We offer pipe bursting equipment, which provides a reliable method of pipe-bursting for trenchless pipe replacement. It can replace pipes with de-lamination, deteriorated, undersized, deformity or collapse. This system needs minimum excavation to install a new length of pipe. Using the pipe bursting equipment, different pipe materials can be replaced such as pitch fibre, vitrified clay and concrete. It can be used for latest HDPE pipes of ISI 14333 standard or as per clients' requirement.

Pipe bursting equipment provides 3 to 4 times longer life to the structure than usual repair. It is also the only credible system when it requires a direct trench less pipe replacement. Since it requires minimal excavation and don't displacement surrounding soil, pipe bursting equipment is preferred for installing new pipes in areas where disruption and the environment are the important consideration.

How Pipe Bursting System Works

Pipes of various diameters are replaced with suitable assembly attached one behind the other between two manholes. The machine is fitted in the entry pit near the manhole from where pulling or pushing of pilot rods takes place. For relaying of new HDPE pipe, the HDPE pipe of required diameters are pulled back from the exit manhole by the machine. For effective operations, machines are provided with cutters, expander and pullers for pipe cutting, space formation and dragging applications respectively.
