Pipe Line Inspection Equipment

Our pipeline inspection equipment is based on state-of-the-art Closed Circuit Television technology. This equipment inspect the existing pipes to determine the condition of old pipes. It is also used to check the quality of new pipelines.

This CCTV system uses a camera mounted on a robot or requires manual movement to enter into the sewer system. The camera allows the operator to examine and evaluate the entire pipe length. The cameras of CCTV systems find defects and other obstructions within the sewer line. Sonar or ultrasound systems can also be attached to examine the sewer below the waterline. This process considerably reduces costs by covering a large pipeline section with minimal manpower.

The CCTV inspection unit is specifically designed to work under sewerage conditions. The camera is water proof and can work even in 100% humid conditions. The camera can move at a specified and desired speed with the help of manual winches.

All the data of the CCTV survey is stored in the recording device and it in visible during the course of survey. The camera gives the full view of the pipe during inspection and can easily locate the defects. The recorded data can be transferred to the soft as well as hard form and the record is kept in any required format.
